GENERAL CONDITION

1 - General conditioning:

Slash s.r.l. busies itself with apartment’s reservation service on one’s third proprietor at the prices indicated and showed on the web site. Prices include the furniture on beyond of the proprietor of linen at your arrival, assistance during check-in and check-out. Electricity, water, gas and air conditioning are included in the rent.

Final cleanness otherwise are not included in the total amount. For each apartment will be indicated the amount to charge on the spot.

Slash s.r.l. can lay special offers down in the last 30 days before the guest’s arrival or in case of long stay.

 

2 - Supplements :

- Transfer assistance (means of transport excluded): € 60.00

- Check-in after 19.00 o’clock: 50.00€

- Check-out before 8 a.m. (before 6.30 a.m. not allowed): 50.00€

- Wait for delays not communicate to us: 35.00€

- Kitchen corn cleanness and rubbish removal: 50.00€

 

3 - Booking and payments:

Clients shall consider the apartment confirmation after the payment of the deposit, not refundable.

Guests can choose one of the three conditions of payment:

  1. Credit card’s guarantee: clients have to send us the copy of their credit card and identity card. The payment will be effected at their arrival.
  2. Payment by postal order or bank transfer: clients pay  until 30% ( it depends on the kind of apartment )of the total amount of the reservation. The payment will be effected at their arrival.

4 - Arrivals and departures

Slash s.r.l. give you the address and the way to reach the apartment reserved, after receiving of your despot receipt.

You have to inform slash by document your arrival time at least 7 days before the journey.

The proprietor or his responsible welcomes the customer at the nearest waterbus stop; waterbus or taxis are at your expense.

Check-in after 2.30 p.m.

The owner deliver the house, draws the deposit, and read the light, water and gas meter (when not included), moreover the inventory signature.

Possible disputes/objections about the inventory shall be communicated to us until 12.00 p.m. of the following day from your arrival.

Until further notice, the proprietor considers you responsible of the damage.

The apartment shall be free from 8 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. In case of non-show, the owner guarantees your reservation only until the next day at 7 a.m.

 

5 - Caution money:

Refundable caution money is a required guarantee for damage during your stay. You can pay it by check or cash in Euro. The proprietor or his responsible doesn’t hand the apartment key over to each one who doesn’t pay the caution money.

If the customer anticipates the departure, the proprietor is authorised to keep your caution money and to return it to you only after controlling inventory and apartment. In this case we send to you the caution money by mail/post (less postal expenses).

 

6 - Guests - replacement - pets:

Guest’s number can’t be superior about the beds, except children until 2 years (with owns equipment).

Possible objection are on the website. Any customer’s replacement during the rent period, is forbidden, if not in advanced agreed.

The client shall communicate to Slash s.r.l. at the reservation time, possible pets, number and size. Pets are allowed after the proprietor’s expressly authorisation. In this case you shall watch them over.

 

7 - Tidiness - cleanness - heating:

The apartments are delivered in order and clean. The rent not includes the kitchen corner clean and the rubbish removal, that are in your charge.

The heating service (temperature, time of putting out, period of lightning) is regulated by Italian laws and disposal. It can work from November to April and its cost is in price included.

 

8 - Outside repairs:

If necessary, the proprietor or his responsible has the right to enter in the estate (after communication) to do outside repairs or upkeeps.

 

9 - Restriction and cancellation:

In case of cancellation the client shall communicate it to the company by fax or e-mail. Terms of cancellation:

- cancellation from our confirmation until 21 days before the arrival, you shall pay the penalty of 30% of the total amount (despot).

- cancellation from 21 to 14 days before the arrival, you shall pay the penalty of 50% of the total amount.

- cancellation from 13 to 7 days before the arrival, you shall pay the penalty of 75% of the total amount.

- cancellation until 6 days before the arrival, you shall pay the penalty of 90% of the total amount.

- cancellation after 6 days before the arrival, you lost all the price of the rent.

10 - Responsibility:

Each apartment is carefully examined by Slash s.r.l.

 

11 - Court and jurisdiction:

Any objections about the reservation and the rent, the court, who applies Italian laws, is Padua. The underwriting booking imply the knowledge of the Slash s.r.l. general conditions and their acceptance without reserve.

12 - Personal facts and guardianship:

In compliance with the Italian law 675/96 about the Privacy, our Company, inform that the personal identification facts of clients are used only for its activity and related purposes.
