in tourism since 1995, and we let flats to tourists. This web site will help you
to find the best independent accommodation.
Q. The apartments you
let on rent are your own?
A. No, we aren't the owners. We only
advertise and reserve the apartments.
Q. Please, how can I
book?
A. Click on the available inquiry and fill the form, so we can
answer to you by mail, then only after our proposal, you can book paying a
deposit/advance.
Q. And balance?
A. You have to pay
it by cash at the key delivery.
Q. There are taxs and extra to
pay at the arrival?
A. No, the prices include all services on the
documents. The daily or weekly prices include gas, electricity, hot water,
accompaniment service.
Q. What's about cleanness?
A.
Normally on charge.
Q. When and where do you deliver the
key?
A. The apartments are delivered after 2 p.m and key at the
meeting point with our operator that we communicate to you three days before
your arrival in Venice. If you arrive after 7 p.m. you have to communicate with
urgent so we can give you the permission and to pay a
supplement.
Q. At which time do we have to leave?
A.
Within 10.30 a.m. of the departure day.
Q. Can we have a daily
cleanness service.
A. Only on request but the costs is of 50,00€ per
cleanness service.
Q. Can I bring my dog?
A. Normal,
animals/pets are not allowed!
Q. I've to clean the apartment at
the departure?
A. We ask to you to keep clean the kitchen corner and
kitchenware.
Q. Have flats a garage or park?
A. No,
sorry but Venice is on a Island without cars, so you have to park your car in
Piazzale Roma or in Tronchetto.
